2 New Eagle Scouts in the Family

Congratulations boys!

Through our video reviews over the last few years, many people have become familiar with Trevor and Jaden. We started doing video reviews about 3 years ago and it’s fun to see how they’ve grown over that time.

Well, we’re as proud as can be to report that they were just awarded their Eagle Scout – the highest rank Boy Scouting!

We strongly believe in being well rounded and having a wide range of experiences in life. And one of the great opportunities young men can have is to be involved with the Boy Scouts. There’s so much boys can learn and get exposure to through scouting.

I’ve had the privilege of being involved with Boy Scouts as a volunteer leader for a number of years and it’s an incredible experience. Sure, a bunch of boys can be a handful, but they can also be amazing. And I’ve had the good fortune of spending time with my own boys on many adventures as well through scouting – including the National Boy Scout Jamboree we attended in 2010.

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness. For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society. – BSA

Even though we love to promote family time through board games, that’s just a small part of life. The most important thing is to be involved with our children’s lives and to teach them important values as they grow and develop. And we love the values and leadership they’ve learned as they’ve worked towards this great achievement.

Congratulations Trevor and Jaden!
