Tic Attack Toe – a 3-in-a-row battle

Tic Attack Toe
Tic-Tac-Toe with a twist.

Are you tired of playing Tic-Tac-Toe because you’ve played it so much that it always comes out a draw and there’s never a winner any more? Does it remind you of the 1980’s movie “War Games” where World War III is averted because the computer figures out that just like Tic-Tac-Toe, no on will win?

Well, not so with Tic Attack Toe.
Tic Attack Toe is a new twist on an old game. Sure you’re still trying to get 3 in a row, but just because X goes in one spot, doesn’t mean that O can’t take it back.

Can the whole family enjoy playing Tic Attack Toe?

Tic Attack Toe cards
Colorful playing cards.

Yes, they can. Like with regular Tic-Tac-Toe, it’s just a two player game. But people of all ages can enjoy it. If your kids know their numbers from 1 to 12, then they’ll be able to grasp how to play Tic Attack Toe. But it’s not limited to the young either. Adults who think they know how to easily win at Tic-Tac-Toe can be challenged when the other can fight back.

How much luck is involved in Tic Attack Toe?
It’s precisely the luck in Tic Attack Toe that makes it both challenging and fun. If there wasn’t any luck involved, then it wouldn’t be any different from the regular game. But it’s the luck of the cards you draw from your deck that make all the difference. And if your hand is full of low number cards, then you’ve definitely got your work cut out for you, so play wisely.

Great game case

Tic Attack Toe case
Durable game case.

We love card games that are self contained. We don’t need to pull from the stash of rubber bands to keep Tic Attack Toe neatly organized. This card game comes with it’s own durable card holder. And since the card holder doubles as the playing surface, you can easily take it to play anywhere. In fact, the other night we took it with us where we knew we’d be waiting in line for a long time. We just sat down on the floor, pulled it out, and rattled through a number of games. It was a great way to pass the time while waiting.

How does Tic Attack Toe score on the “Let’s play again” meter?
Tic Attack Toe scores very high on our “Let’s play again” family game meter mainly because games play so quickly. When you play a game easily under 5 minutes, there’s always plenty of time for rematches. And when your kids challenge you to a game, they’re never satisfied with just one win – they want to beat you again and again.

Thanks PB&J for a fun family card game!
