Do you have Black Sheep on your farm?
Have you ever wanted to live on a farm and have a bunch of animals to care for?
My grandparents had a big farm and had all sorts of animals on the farm – from cows and horses, to sheep and chickens. Visiting them was always full of adventure. And I recall one year when one of their sheep gave birth to two baby lambs on my birthday – it was pretty cool.

While I was in Seattle last week, playing Games with Hayden wasn’t the only time I spent around board games. It just so happened that there was a great game store within a block of my hotel in Redmond – Uncles Games.

White Elephant – The Card Game
Do you have a bin of white elephant gifts in your home?
We do. It’s the basket we turn to when the holidays roll around and we’re invited to a white elephant gift exchange. Some years, we end up a few different parties with these types of gift exchanges. So many years ago we created our “White Elephant Box” and whenever we get something that just seems odd, we toss it in the box. That way, we have an easy resource to turn to when it’s time for a party.
